About La Gare

"La Gare" is French for "the station". We chose the name because the shop sits right beside Da Nang's railway station, on Hoàng Hoa Thám street.

La Gare began in 2022 with a second-hand espresso machine and a few wooden tables. From the first days we focused on the simplest things: brew real coffee, steep real tea, and make a comfortable space people could drop into at any hour of the day.

More than three years on, La Gare is still a small coffee shop full of plants and airy corners to sit in. We haven't changed much, because what people love here has always been the same — the closeness, the quiet, the ease of it.

Whether it's a morning coffee, a catch-up with friends, or a few hours of work, La Gare hopes to offer a comfortable space where everyone can spend their time however they like, in the middle of the city's rhythm.
